Very worse Experience first time by police mens with us on 9 th of July 2023 at Umma Al Hayman biometric center
Details:I took appointment on 9 th of July 2023 at 1 pm to 2 pm at Umma Al Hayman biometric center for that I reached at the time 10.30 am to standing in queue , previous time appointment people’s also available in queue, on this day duty police man only giving 15 to 20 coupons after we should wait for half hour then again will give 15 to 20 coupons then again we should wait for another half hour like that going on for 3 to 4 time’s, because police man only more people’s allowed inside companies people’s whose came with their Mandup and we must wait, we are waiting for 3 hours in 44 centigrade temperature outside but still police man not allowed then 2 o’clock duty changed of police man, this police man same doing and he brakes queue and not issues any coupons, even if we asking why doing like that, he not reply anything, only saying wait in queue, for me time passed but he again two times rejected than what we have to do, we helpless because of both police man bad behaviour
After I called to my kuwaity Eng. Who working with me in MEW and explain our difficulties, after that my Eng. asked that police man why doing like that they’re waiting from 3 hours outside, than suddenly police man scape and he explain no, I not rejected, mean police man telling lies
After that my kuwaity Eng. Interfere then suddenly allowed than within 15 minutes finished my biometric enrollment but for others was waiting after what happened for them I don’t know, some of them are leave place
So I home government and police department will take necessary action and understand our difficulties
